Some ideas to introduce new users and children to spirulina

Remember that heating spirulina, it loses its nutritional potential.

For 4 people:
Soak 6 tablespoons semolina special couscous one hour in cold water, drain well. Chop together 2 or 3 shallots, 1    onion, 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes (which will be scalded to peel easier) 1 small handful of mint leaves and a teaspoon of spirulina and mix semolina. Serve chilled.

2 avocados, half a lemon, 1-2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. spirulina

Mash avocados with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients

250 g chickpeas
1 tbsp. tahini
half lemon juice
1 à 2 cloves garlic
pinch of de paprika
1 tsp. powder spirulina
Reduce ingredients in blender using a robot. Add a cup of water or more depending on consistency.

 

 

 

Coulis zucchini

2 zucchini,
2 tbsp. olive oil
herb salt
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. almond or parmesan
1 tsp. powder spirulina
Wash zucchini and cut into large slices, cook the sweet steam, mix everything. When cold, add spirulina.

 

 

 

 

Smoothie banana spirulina

For 2 persons:
1 banana
1 green lemon juice
1 tsp. powder spirulina
5 cl water if necessary
Mix spirulina and the green lemon juice, add the banana and mix until a homogeneous texture. Add a little water to thin the texture.

Melt a few squares of good dark chocolate then add a 1 tsp. spirulina powder, mix and pour a banana
or
a banana, 1 tbsp spreads chocolate 1 tsp powder spirulina
Reduce the mashed banana
Add spread chocolate and spirulina.

 

 

 

 

 

Sauce Dip spirulina

1 tsp. spirulina powder, 100 g of yoghurt or mixed tofu, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, minced shallot, parsley, mint and chives chopped.
This light sauce will accompany pleasantly your vegetables: radish, carrots, cucumber sticks and also artichokes, steamed vegetables.

 

Tartinade spirulina

Mix yogurt sheep, 2 sardines, half a lemon, 1-2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, 1 tsp. powder spirulina.

 

Toasts spirulina

Mix spirulina powder with just sesame oil or sunflower oil, a few drops of tamari.
Spread   on good bread thinly sliced.

Special children

Spreadable paste
Mix spirulina powder to blueberry jam (or other) or the chocolate spread.
